We are seeking an innovative social media professional to scale our content and community in the luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze performance metrics : Track engagement rates, retention graphs, follower vs non-follower interaction, hook drop-off %, and identify what's working.
Create a content strategy : Suggest optimizations to improve retention and virality across short-form videos.
Packaging creative content : Help script and format content (hooks, captions, formats) in ways that maximize saves, shares, and reach.
Trend mapping : Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to luxury audiences.
Growth guidance : Recommend data-driven strategies to consistently achieve high views.

You're a Great Fit If :

You have experience with creators or brands in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.

You're comfortable interpreting analytics AND turning them into actionable creative ideas.

You understand the mindset of the Indian and / or UAE luxury consumer.

You've helped grow accounts with engaging content (high views).

You're skilled at crafting compelling stories (hooks, scripts, key messages, trending audios and captions).
