Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries.
- Assist customers with order tracking, issue resolution, and service-related information.
- Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems as required.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
Education : Minimum +2 and above (Any graduate / undergraduate can apply).Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in Malayalam and English .Experience : Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a BPO / Customer Support role are welcome.Age : Below 30 years.Gender : Both male and female candidates can apply (women candidates preferred under diversity hiring).Skills Required
