We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
As a Customer Care Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.Empathetic and patient demeanour when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Any degree or diploma; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.Skills Required
