We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive our brand growth, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and manage a high-performing team. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and performance marketing.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
