The Role :
You will join as a Head of Marketing, to own the brand, demand generation, and GTM marketing across India and international markets. The role will combine strategic marketing leadership, digital-first growth hacking, and data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demand Generation : Own inbound marketing, performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic), and content funnels to drive qualified leads.
- Brand & Positioning : Define and scale the company’s voice in the automotive SaaS space.
- Product Marketing : Build positioning, messaging, and GTM playbooks for dealers, OEMs, and marketplace segments.
- Growth Marketing : Experiment with low-cost growth hacks to enter new regions.
- Partnership Marketing : Co-market with partners (SaaS, marketplaces, OEMs) for joint demand generation.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, design, and events.
- Analytics : Own marketing funnel KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI)
Skills Required :
5-8 years in B2B SaaS / AdTech / Martech marketing, ideally with automotive vertical exposure.Proven track record in demand gen + product marketing for global markets (US / SEA / AUNZ).Strong understanding of dealer / OEM ecosystem, SaaS GTM motions, and Martech / AdTech stack.Growth mindset — scrappy, creative, resourceful.Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.Qualifications & Experience :
