Job description5+ years of experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Operating Systems : Windows, MAC, Linux (L2 or Above) Experience with SSO, SAML, Identity Solutions like OneLogin, Azure AD, Okta Proven hands-on system engineering experience Deep understanding of system administration, OS Hardening, patching methodologies Hands-on experience with monitoring, system diagnostic and system analytics tools University degree in Computer Science or a related subject Good learning ability to comprehend evolving networking design and adapt good practices to suit the depth and breadth of technology platform(s) Good written and oral communication skills to enable effective coordination and implementation across the organization and deliver security awareness trainings
Job description
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and responding to system, application events / incidents / alerts raised by the Business, End Users
- Configuring and installing various Operating Systems – Windows, MAC, Linux
- Performing end user system maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot OneLogin Cloud Identity System
- Google Workspace (G-Suite) – Administration (Users, Groups, Mail Routing)
- MS O365 – Administration (Users, Groups, Mail Routing)
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Provide Level 2 / 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the system infrastructure
- Select and implement system tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s IT-Infra teams
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel, Business Teams for problem resolution, RCA
