Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Home Loan Mortgage LAP Sales Manager to join our team in various locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Anantapur. This full-time position requires a maximum of 10 years of experience in the related fields. The ideal candidate will drive sales initiatives, leveraging their expertise in mortgage and loan against property sectors, and self-source business from the open market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in home loan sales with a substantial track record of meeting sales targets. Home Loan Sales (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage sales processes and loan structuring. Mortgage Sales (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to self-source business from the open market, demonstrating initiative and proactivity in client engagement. Self Sourcing Business from open Market (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in loan against property sales, with the ability to strategize and execute efficient sales plans.
- Experience in effective lead generation and conversion, utilizing innovative techniques to expand customer base.
- Skills in managing and coordinating with direct sales agents (DSA) to enhance sales opportunities and outcomes.
- Working knowledge of non-banking financial companies (NBFC) operations and their relevance to the loan market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish and maintain client relationships.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in home loans, mortgage, and LAP segments.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact to address client needs and issues.Drive business growth through self-sourced leads while actively exploring new market opportunities.Collaborate with direct sales agents to expand sales efforts and maximize outreach potential.Coordinate with NBFC partners to streamline loan processes and enhance client offerings.Keep abreast of market trends to tailor services and offerings to meet client demands effectively.Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain operational integrity.
