Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing & Martech Solutioning Leader to spearhead our Digital Marketing Solutioning vertical for Presales. The individual will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and presenting end-to-end digital marketing and martech solutions to global clients. This is a senior client-facing role that requires a strong blend of marketing technology expertise, solution design, presales consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solutioning and presales function for Digital Marketing and Martech engagements across global clients.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into scalable, innovative, and ROI-driven digital marketing solutions.
• Build solution frameworks across areas like :
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
• Personalization, Journey Orchestration, CRM & Loyalty, Digital Analytics
• SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing.
• Partner with sales and account teams to create compelling RFP / RFI responses, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Digital Heads, CIOs) to position eClerx’s digital marketing and martech capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, technology, analytics) to design comprehensive GTM solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, AI / ML in Martech, personalization, and data-driven marketing.
• Develop thought leadership content and represent eClerx in industry forums, events, and client discussions.
