(High Salary) Guest Relations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners at the sales office or project site.
• Coordinate site visits, ensure proper arrangements, and inform the sales team in advance.
• Maintain visitor records and update daily walk-in reports.
• Provide guests with brochures, project details, and amenities overview as needed.
• Manage front-desk activities, calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure the reception and sales lounge area are tidy, organized, and presentable.
• Follow up on client appointments.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admin, housekeeping) for seamless guest experience.
• Handle client queries politely and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
