Responsibilities
As an Engineer I, Field Service, you will :
- Deploy Chromeleon CDS software on various client-server network architectures.
- Apply hands-on experience with Chromeleon or other Chromatography software like Empower, Lab Solution, Open Lab.
- Design Chromeleon software report templates based on customer requirements, such as calibration reports and method validation templates.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on Chromeleon operations, integration, and other functionalities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain knowledge of Pharma customer compliance and regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, EU).
- Understand the use of Chromatography instruments like HPLC, GC, MS or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Maintain customer critical metrics and handle customer blocking issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement maintenance solutions.
- Determine the most efficient methods for completing assigned tasks.
- Be prepared for travel at short notice, which may include overnight stays in different cities or states.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering (E&TC / Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical), BSC, MSC, or relevant experience.Experience
3+ years of hands-on working experience with Chromeleon CDS or other CDS applications available in the market or HPLC / GC hardware maintenance.Skills Required
