Position-Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

About the Role

The role involves engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Fresher and experience both can apply
  • 12th or grad both can apply
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Required Skills

    Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience in a customer service role is a plus.

    Pay range and compensation package

    Salary-33k. Allowance and benefits are excluded. Cabs provided for girls. Rotational shift.
