The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, local networks, and consultants.
• Screen profiles, conduct telephonic / video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
