About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in IT or Non-IT hiring. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Education, Construction, and Renewables. You will be responsible for full-spectrum TA ownership and ramp-up execution across client mandates and functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions

Drive hiring for business enabler functions such as HR, Sales, and Finance

Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Exposure to both IT and Non-IT domains preferred
