Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist – US IT Recruitment (Niche Hiring Focus)

Overview :

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in building strong talent pipelines and identifying top-tier candidates across the US IT market. Your focus will be on niche hiring, aligning with our company’s specialization in sourcing highly skilled professionals for complex and hard-to-fill roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for full-time and W2 contract positions.
• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Conduct effective communication and negotiation with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with implementation partners and system integrators to fulfill client hiring needs.
