Lead end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects across industrial and residential developments. Drive strategic planning, team leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of civil projects. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Management : Recruit, mentor, and manage engineers and project staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Client Relations : Serve as primary liaison with clients. Ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Financial Oversight : Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Strategic Development : Identify growth opportunities, lead business development initiatives, and align operations with organizational goals.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure regulatory compliance, enforce safety protocols, and conduct site audits to mitigate risks.
