About the Role :

We are looking for a results-driven Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, analytics initiatives, and business insights across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem definition to delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define metrics, and measure impact.
• Mentor a team of analysts / data professionals to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and advanced models to track KPIs and business performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.
• Implement best practices in analytics, BI tools, and data visualisation.
• Drive automation and scalability of analytics solutions.
