Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executiv e to lead business development efforts with corporations. The role involves establishing strategic relationships with HR and Employee Benefits leaders, introducing Openhouse's childcare solutions as part of employee wellness and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with HR and corporate benefits teams across sectors
- Secure meetings with decision-makers to present partnership opportunities
- Articulate and position Openhouse's daycare and early education services as a valuable employee benefit
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and partnership progress
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure sustained engagement and value creation
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or employee benefit / wellness programsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to pitch, negotiate, and close agreementsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve targetsPrior exposure to employee benefits, wellness schemes, or HR partnerships preferredWhat We Offer
