As a Corporate Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and streamlining the daily functions of corporate operations, ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination, process optimization, and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operational processes to ensure that outlets adhere to operational procedures and standards.
- Responsible for training and guiding clinic staff, ensuring they possess professional knowledge and skills, and assisting them in achieving performance goals.
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and incentives to promote team member performance.
- Establishing and maintaining effective teamwork and communication mechanisms.
- Overseeing and ensuring all ops executive at clinic level follow SOP for Revenue assurance , Stock audits , roster , Appointment management , waitlist, issue management at clinic level

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldMBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Operations / General Management is preferredPreferred Skills
Knowledge of operational workflow and business process managementFamiliarity with data visualization / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau – optional)Strong interpersonal and coordination skillsAdaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience in handling corporate communications and internal project trackingExperience
1–3 years of experience in corporate operations, general administration, or business coordination roles in a structured corporate environment.Skills Required
