Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in functional requirement gathering for mobile applications (iOS & Android). The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between client business SMEs and UX / UI & technical teams , ensuring clear translation of business needs into actionable user stories.

Experience in the insurance domain (Pension, Annuities, Life Insurance) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Create clear and concise user stories for use by developers and UX / UI designers
Collaborate with product owners, UX / UI designers, and developers to ensure alignment with business requirements
Ensure solutions are designed and implemented to meet business needs
Provide guidance to the testing team to validate features before release

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of Business Analyst experience with focus on mobile applications (iOS & Android)

Experience in the insurance sector – Pension, Annuities, or Life Insurance preferred

Strong ability to write clear user stories to guide UX / UI and development teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools for user story management

Nice to Have

Understanding of mobile app development cycles and app store submission requirements

Knowledge of Agile ceremonies and practices
