Job descriptionStrong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects. Proficient in AS400 systems and IBM DB2 database management. Deep understanding of insurance domain business processes and Guidewire functionalities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments. Certification in Guidewire or Business Analysis is a plus. Exposure to other databases and middleware technologies is desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows aligned with Guidewire modules.
- Provide subject matter expertise on AS400 and IBM DB2 platforms in support of integration and data management activities.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking in collaboration with QA teams.
- Assist in gap analysis, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and Agile ceremonies as required.
