Role Description :
We're looking for a Product Solutions Analyst to support the design and improvement of business systems for our TURI platform. You will work with the Product team to analyze needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, customers, and operations , translating maritime workflows into intelligent, scalable product features.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to understand each module goals, identify challenges, and develop system strategies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions through process mapping, automation, and data integration.
- Create User Stories in Jira based on the business requirements and walk through the requirements with the software development team.
- Work closely with software development team, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to build the product.
- Participate in customer calls and help in product support.
Qualifications :
A strategic mindset backed by deep technical understanding.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Logistics, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.7+ years of progressive experience in business systems of product management, including process mapping, solution design, and project delivery. Supervisory experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of database-driven applications, SQL, and analytics tools such as Power BI.Experience with Agile SDLC methodology and full-cycle system implementations.Advanced analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, test plan design.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Excel with PowerPivot, Power point, Word and Outlook.Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, and a commitment to delivering results through collaboration and innovation.Skills Required
