Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of back-end operations for our growing e-commerce marketplace operation . You will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable systems and features. Your analytical mindset, e-commerce experience, and process orientation will play a crucial role in building a seamless operational backbone for our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current business processes across the marketplace back-end (order flow, inventory management, WMS, customer service, etc., translating them into effective IT solutions.
• Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, and system interactions
• Work closely with developers to design scalable backend systems including seller management, fulfillment workflows, payment / Data processing, and returns handling
• Translate complex business logic into functional and technical specifications
• Act as a liaison between business teams and the tech team to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in back-office operations
• Perform gap analysis and propose system or process improvements
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and ensure implementation matches expectations
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to guide continuous improvement
