Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include making outgoing calls, handling inquiries from existing and prospective clients, maintaining detailed call logs, and building positive customer relationships. The Caller will also be responsible for effectively communicating company offerings, capturing relevant information, and supporting lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Kannada
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a high-paced environment
