At Nova, we&aposre looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 15 months, we&aposve built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). What You'll Do

• People Engagement – Drive People & Culture initiatives end-to-end, ensuring a great employee experience.
• People Relations – Act as an ambassador of the People & Culture team, supporting stakeholders, tracking timelines, and providing proactive help.
• Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage smooth onboarding and exit processes with minimal supervision.
• People Administration – Support HR operations including perks, leave management, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Passion for HR, people success, and continuous learning.
• Aspiration to grow into a future HR leader.
