Position Overview :

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented college fresher to join us as an Intern in Payroll & HR Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in global payroll and HR, especially in the US market, while working closely with experienced mentors.

You'll be trained and guided in managing US payroll, onboarding, and HR processes from India (semi-night shift : 6 pm to 3 am IST).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :

• Learn and support the US payroll process by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and reporting.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for US mentors, ensuring smooth documentation and coordination.
• Gain exposure to HR documentation, policies, and compliance practices related to US operations.
• Communicate with US mentors / employees on payroll and onboarding queries, providing professional and timely support.
• Help with HR operations tasks such as email communication, data management, scheduling, spreadsheet tracking or any other adhoc that comes your way.
• Work on small projects and process improvement ideas that will help you understand global HR & payroll at scale.
