Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional strategy for promoting working capital solutions including Cash Credit, Overdrafts, and Bills Discounting
- Drive new client acquisition and portfolio expansion in the assigned region
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to meet revenue and asset growth targets
- Identify market opportunities, create region-specific business plans, and ensure effective execution
- Build strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and channel partners to promote working capital products
- Ensure credit quality and adherence to internal risk and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and disbursals
- Monitor performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and implement corrective actions as required
- Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications & Experience :
Proven experience in working capital product sales and management, preferably in NBFCs or banksStrong knowledge of Cash Credit, Overdrafts, and Bills Discounting structures and processesDemonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business resultsExcellent client management, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsSkills Required
