Sr. Associate

The Role

At Refyne , we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Associate to support our legal and compliance functions within the dynamic NBFC / Fintech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal operations, ensuring compliance with applicable financial laws and RBI regulations, handling debt and financing transactions, and overseeing contract drafting and negotiation. You will work closely with internal teams to mitigate legal risks, support business operations, and contribute to the company’s compliant and sustainable growth.

What we’re looking for

2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role within NBFC, Fintech, or Banking sectors.

Solid understanding of financial laws, RBI guidelines, and regulatory framework for financial institutions.

Proven experience in handling legal operations and debt transactions.

Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Law degree from a reputable institution.

What you’ll do

Manage daily legal operations and provide support to business functions.

Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, particularly RBI guidelines.

Assist in drafting and negotiating documentation for debt transactions.

Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.

Support in handling legal disputes and litigation.

Provide legal advice to internal teams on various business matters.
