Job Role : QA / Sr QA
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in US Commercial Banking operations , especially Loan Booking processes. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of loan documentation , credit approvals , and client onboarding processes. This role involves auditing loan bookings, identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and audit loan documents including Boarding Sheets, Credit Approval Packages, Funding Reviews, Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes , and other supporting documents.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of documentation as per credit guidelines.
- Onboard new clients and process credit actions (new / renewed / modified loans) in the Bank s Client Onboarding and Core Banking Systems .
- Conduct detailed investigations based on reporting findings and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools.
- Share daily audit results with stakeholders and maintain internal reports.
- Meet Quality and Production SLAs and initiate actions to improve quality standards.
- Analyze loan modification workouts including servicing notes, payment history, and income documentation for compliance.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance dashboards and analysis reports.
- Highlight and mitigate process variations with actionable suggestions.
- Communicate with clients / internal teams through emails and calls for clarification / reporting.
