Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Reference Data Management Analyst is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, analysis, and quality assurance of reference data across financial products, including equities, derivatives, Money markets. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams and assists in implementing data quality and governance measures.

Workflow could include :

  • Analyze and manage reference data for various financial instruments (e.g., equities, options, futures, swaps, derivatives).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reference data across internal systems and databases.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and remediate anomalies.
  • Collect and prepare data quality metrics for management reporting.

Key Competencies

Required Skills & Qualifications

The analyst should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration,
  • Basic knowledge of financial market concepts and instruments (equities, derivatives, Money market).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills and detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
