About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle HRMS suite, with a primary focus on delivering robust benefits solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits administration processes and the ability to translate them into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) modules.
- Develop and manage benefit plan designs, including rates, coverage, and options.
- Configure life events (open enrollment, new hires, qualifying life events) and ensure associated processes run smoothly.
- Define and build complex eligibility profiles and participation rules.
- Oversee benefits administration processes, including enrollment, reporting, and carrier interfaces.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide functional solutions within the Oracle HRMS framework.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for production issues related to Oracle HR, OAB, and other associated modules.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
Mandatory Skills & Experience :
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant.Expertise in Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) :1. In-depth knowledge of benefits plan design and configuration.
2. Proven experience setting up and managing life events.
3. Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex eligibility profiles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end benefits administration cycles.Solid functional knowledge of the core Oracle HR module.Preferred Skills :
