JOB DESCRIPTION
- Functional owner of GV implementation projects and the face of GV team.
- Conducts country Blue Print workshop and is responsible for creating BP, explaining it to the client team and get
sign off.
Responsible to provide solution to client requirements when the requirement is beyond GV template.Responsible to provide required guidance to the Configurer and tester to make them understand the requirements.Responsible for client data conversion, load and verification.Owns the BP all through the project and is responsible for keeping it updated until it is handed over to AppSupport.
Responsible for the quality of solution and operational level client satisfaction.Responsible for preparing client hand over to Client Services.Should have excellent communication skills, ability to analyze requirements, expert level payroll processknowledge, complete understanding of GV template and tools like G2.
Expert level knowledge of at least one country payroll and ability to learn new country payroll with limitedexternal help.
Ability to take ownership and pressure.Excellent team player to effectively work with team across different countries.Excellent planning skills to priotise tasks for self and others in the team considering the project requirement.Ability to assess risks and escalate when required.Ability to quickly learn and adjust with different cultures.REQUIRED SKILLS
Good experience in conducting BBP workshop and preparing BBPExcellent hands on experience in implementation of Payroll / HR / Time and labour management / Portal using mySAP methodology / GV methodology
Proven abilities in understanding the client business process and provide optimal solutions in GV templateExcellent skills in estimation and ability to design solution and approach for implementationProven skills in problem solving and pro viding technical leadershipExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of SAP System functionality during the client complex requirements gatheringKEY COMPETENCIES
Should be able to handle clients, able to set the Expectation and management client's Spocs.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years of experience in end to end project ImplementationTechnically Strong in SAP modules like Payroll and Time with 4 full cycle ImplementationsCAREER PROGRESSION WITHIN THE TEAM
