Minimum 4-7 years of work experience in the renewable energy industry.
Bachelors degree in engineering.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Location : Gurgaon, India.
Skills Required :
Proven ability to lead the complete sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and PPA finalization.
Conduct detailed market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients across segments and with business owners, developers, and key industry partners.
Develop and deliver persuasive business presentations, proposals, and financial cases to potential clients.
Apply strong techno-commercial insight to craft client-specific proposals that help them meet sustainability goals and net-zero targets.
Demonstrate strong analytical and financial skills with a solid understanding of energy markets.
Lead PPA negotiations, ensuring balanced risk allocation and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with legal and contracts teams on final documentation.
Stay updated on regulatory developments, government incentives, and financing mechanisms to advise clients effectively.
Work closely with engineering, finance, and project management teams to design tailored renewable solutions that maximize fossil-fuel displacement at the most efficient cost.
Track pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management reviews.
Represent the company at key industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
