Job Title : Manager – Managed Services Sales

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6+ Years

Department : Sales – Managed Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Sales Professional to drive business growth for CtrlS Datacenter’s Managed Services offerings. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative sales of IT infrastructure managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Managed Services (Cloud, Datacenter, IT Infrastructure Management, Security Services, Network Services, DR / BCP, etc.) to enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand client needs and position CtrlS as a strategic partner.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to design and present customized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure strong account management and relationship building with existing customers to drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the managed services domain.

Key Requirements

  • 6–12 years of experience in IT / Managed Services / Datacenter / Cloud Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas .
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services offerings – Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, DC Ops, DR solutions.
  • Ability to engage with CXO-level decision makers and present complex solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network of enterprise customers in Bangalore / South India will be an added advantage.
  • Education

  • Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Electronics (preferred).
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an advantage.
