Under 25 is looking for a full-stack internet native. Someone who understands the beat of Gen Z, the pace of the algorithm, and the power of a reel that just feels right. You’re not just making posts—you’re shaping a youth brand that lives on the internet and breathes culture. We’re not looking for someone to just “manage” social media. We’re looking for someone to own it.

who you are :

• You have 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency or have been a content creator yourself.
• You live on Instagram, stalk Reddit, scroll YouTube Shorts like it’s research, and get niche internet humor.
• You’ve created content that got shared in group chats.
• You think in formats—carousels, reels, memes, templates, reactions.
• You’re hands-on, self-starting, and allergic to slow approvals.
• You love executing as much as you love coming up with ideas.
