AEM Tech Lead

We are actively looking for a proficient and seasoned AEM Tech Lead to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role as an AEM Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our Digital Assets including various Brand websites, content & community blog / content creation sites, with a primary focus on enhancing its efficiency, scalability, and overall triumph. Your wealth of expertise will be indispensable as you lead and mentor our development team, all while spearheading innovation within our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems, providing architecture services for integrated and high-performing AEM solutions.
• Create cross-platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, and Marketo.
• Collaborate with ecommerce architects to architect headless commerce solutions, primarily with Magento.
• Design and architect AEM solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and scalability considerations.
• Configure and customize Adobe Experience Manager to meet client-specific requirements, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations
• Responsible for creating and integrating solutions using Adobe Marketing Cloud, translating complex requirements into architectural designs.
• Integrate AEM with other systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure AEM solutions meet functionality, performance, and security requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach, providing oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful AEM-based project delivery.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment implementation of projects using the Adobe Suite.
• Consolidate tech platforms across various brand websites etc to Adobe AEM
• Establish and implement best practices for using the Adobe platform, ensuring that projects meet quality standards through code and design reviews.
• Define new architectures and lead independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
