E - Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience managing ethnic wear online websites. The candidate should be proficient in handling all aspects of the e-commerce business, including sales strategy, website management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the operations of the ethnic wear e-commerce website
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost online sales
• Coordinate product uploads, promotions, and inventory management
• Analyze website performance and customer data to improve sales and user experience
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service standards
• Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
