Job Title : Area Business Manager - General Medicine
Main Purpose of Role :
Responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the analysis of business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. The role aims at achieving the company's financial and marketing objectives through effective business development strategies and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the work of the business development team.
- Evaluate, analyze, and formulate strategies for sustainable business growth.
- Drive the development of key projects and ensure successful closure of business deals.
- Plan, prepare, and execute business proposals while providing recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor, coach, and coordinate team members to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.
- Operate without direct budget or hire / fire authority but play a key role in team performance and development.
Qualifications & Experience :
