Position : Area Sales Manager Ranchi (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role Overview :

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, customer-focused, and capable of leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Conduct regular market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
