We are hiring a skilled MongoDB Developer to join our remote engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing MongoDB-based database systems that support high-volume, mission-critical applications.

Youll work closely with backend and DevOps teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across Responsibilities :

• Design and implement MongoDB databases that are scalable and high-performing.
• Develop efficient queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
• Maintain and optimize data models for new and existing applications.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate MongoDB into backend services and APIs.
• Monitor database performance, usage, and security.
• Ensure database backup, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in schema design, migration strategies, and Skills Required :
• Strong experience with MongoDB and document-oriented data modeling.
• Proficiency in writing optimized queries and aggregation pipelines.
• Familiarity with MongoDB tools (Compass, Atlas, Ops Manager).
• Experience integrating MongoDB with backend code (Node.js, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of indexing, sharding, and replication techniques.
• Understanding of JSON, BSON, and NoSQL database principles.
• Experience in version control systems like Git.
