Job description

Position : Full-Time - Golang Developer & Tech Lead

Experience : 10+ Years

Work Mode : Remote

Notice Period : Immediate or up to 15 Days

Compensation : Competitive, based on experience

Key Skills Required :

  • Strong expertise in Core Golang development
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services
  • Experience in Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Kafka and Message Queues (MQ)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of Golang developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend solutions.
  • Build and maintain microservices-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
