About the Role :

We are currently seeking a Senior MongoDB Developer / Data Modeler for a strategic consulting engagement. This role is advisory in nature and focuses on evaluating MongoDBs suitability for a client's backend system transformation, with a strong emphasis on data modeling, architecture guidance, and decision-making support.

Note : This is a non-coding role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate MongoDBs suitability for the clients backend architecture needs.
• Provide advisory support on optimal data modeling and database architecture.
• Challenge and validate technical decisions from an architectural perspective.
• Recommend hybrid or alternative solutions (e.g., MongoDB with Snowflake or RDBMS).
• Advise on trade-offs between NoSQL and RDBMS technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across domains, especially in manufacturing and supply chain contexts.
