ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our next superstar Customer Service Team Member to join our team on a 6- month contract! Your primary focus will be providing customer service support for any online and store queries and complaints. You will ensure that the customer service provided is timely and simplified to exceed customer expectations and provide a world class experience across all communication channels (phone, email, chat, webform).
