We are looking for Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Service and Sales Support Manager you can be based anywhere in Australia. As a Service Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Haymes Paint customers. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, making inbound and outbound calls (including cold calls), managing customer enquiries and complaints, assisting the sales and marketing teams, and maintaining a small low-touch territory through regular cyclic follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Order processing for our Stockist network.
- Support the sales team and customers by providing advanced product and service information.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating as necessary.
- Record and process customer orders through both the customer directly and in support of the sales team.
- Identify buying behaviours or needs offering a range of solutions including upselling and cross selling.
- Identify potential customers through obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
- Make calls to allocated customers to maintain and strengthen existing relationships, identify future sales opportunities while acting as the first point of contact for queries or complaints.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organisations policies and procedures.
