E-Commerce Channel Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Channel Sales Manager (ECSM) to drive our e-commerce logistics growth through strong channel partnerships and strategic business development. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, partner engagement, and expanding our presence in emerging e-commerce markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to closure to achieve business targets.
- Strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners for e-commerce logistics growth.
- Conduct partner trainings and promote the cost-benefit of e-commerce logistics solutions.
- Identify new clusters, markets, and B2C customer base expansion opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and commercial teams for seamless service delivery and timely collections.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and business growth initiatives in the assigned region.
- Prepare and monitor sales reports to track performance and support continuous improvement.

Experience in B2C e-commerce logistics or last-mile delivery sales.Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.Understanding of regional markets and distribution networks.Ability to train, motivate, and grow channel partners.
