• Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales reports to management.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
