Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to lead payroll configuration, implementation, and support activities. The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll).
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing .
• Experience with integration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules .
• Knowledge of local statutory compliance , taxes, and labor laws.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projects
