Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Drive the complete sales cycle : from pitching and negotiations to deal closure.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client goals and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development (digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred).Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).Solid negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) is an added advantage.What We Offer
