Role Description

Collaborate with other team members on market research and business planning.

Monitor government and private sector tender portals, prepare and submit bid documents on time.

Identify potential customers, manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain professional relationships.

Use MS Office tools to prepare reports, manage documentation, and maintain internal databases.

Assist in digital and offline marketing efforts, including creating promotional content, product brochures, and client presentations.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.

Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation

Proficiency in Account Management

Ability to work effectively on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage social media along with sales and marketing.

A bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, or BTech is required.

Immediate joiner preferred.
