About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or adjacent functions such as campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or growth marketing.

You’ll be responsible for streamlining and scaling our marketing processes across multiple areas—including product marketing, social media, and other key marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of marketing workflows, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
• Assist in developing documentation, playbooks, and process improvements for scaling marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across product marketing, social, email, and growth to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
• Help manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and project trackers.
• Use and maintain marketing tools
• Assist with data hygiene, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Support reporting efforts by gathering and analyzing data from campaigns and digital channels.
• Help identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better processes or tools.
