About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Associate to take our brand’s digital presence to the next level. This is a multidisciplinary hands-on role where you’ll create, experiment, and engage directly with our audience through the lens of Anthro’s brand. You will shape how people discover Anthro and simultaneously build trust in our mission. Are you ready?

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, such as posts, stories, reels, articles and graphics
• Manage our content calendar, ensuring consistent and creative posting.
• Engage with our community—reply to DMs / comments, track sentiment, and spark conversations.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
